For 20 years, Jill had been travelling the enriching path of personal growth and self-discovery. This has led to an active and fulfilling career as a professional speaker, trainer, facilitator, artist and author.
After years of formal education and self development programs, Jill embarked on new learning opportunities through culture, language and foreign travel. Living in Europe and India for extensive periods of time, she enjoyed sharing her wellness tools and teachings with others.
Returning to North America, her wellness business established and grew. Jill’s work is based on a joy and passion for assisting others in understanding themselves, connecting with their potential and making healthy and empowered life choices and changes.
Today, Jill Hewlett is a nationally recognized speaker, trainer, wellness TV personality and author. Her impactful keynotes have engaged professionals ranging from Educators and Clinicians to Sales Leaders and Entrepreneurs. She inspires and educates audiences ranging from 10's to 1,000's at Conferences, Special Events and Corporate Training.
Jill's expertise as a licensed Brain Fitness expert (Brain Gym®) of 15 years, gives her the skillful capacity to draw out the natural leadership and body-mind awareness in individuals and organizations and support them in achieving greater levels of productivity, wellness and success.
Impactful and refreshingly unique, Jill's approach provides her participants with practical tools that can be implemented immediately and easily in real life situations at work, at home, or at play. Using simple, fun and effective wellness and Brain Fitness techniques, Jill assists others in achieving their potential. Her Keynotes, Seminars and Training programs address how to connect to the innate wisdom of one's authentic self, learning and leadership Style.
For a decade, Jill produced and hosted a weekly cable TV series, which featured renowned experts on topics in the field of wellness, leadership and personal development.
Nine years ago, Jill founded the Women’s Wellness Circle of York Region as a way to nurture, uplift and empower women. Recently she has started a Toronto Women’s Circle location. Both monthly Circles carry different topics and themes relevant to the lives of the participants and contribute to their health and wellbeing.
Jill is the recent author of her first book, Common Sense...Uncommonly Practised, a heartfelt book about achieving personal wellness. This is a highly readable, enjoyable and extremely practical collection of reflections on how others might identify and apply love, wisdom and nurturance to their life path.
Presently Jill serves on the Board of Directors for the Toronto Downtown Montessori Group and Daycare Connections; as well she is a volunteer at one of Toronto District School Board's first Holistic Schools, Equinox Holistic Alternative School.
